Due to an unexpected incident from one of our third party providers, some Next Day Funding merchants from New Zealand may experience funding delay for transactions processed on Monday, 21st April, 2025.
We expect to issue funds to the impacted accounts on Wednesday, 23rd April, 2025
Transactions processed between 17th April and 20th April 2025 (inclusive) will be deposited into these impacted accounts today, as scheduled.
For Australian Merchants on Same Day Funding, Same Business Day Funding and Next Day Funding, there will be no impact and funds will be deposited according to the original schedule.
We apologise for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your understanding.
