Our team has now resolved the issue and will have the funding for transactions processed on Monday and Tuesday, 26 and 27 January 2026 deposited into the affected accounts today, 28 January 2026.
The funding delay was caused by a processing issue at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA). We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we work towards resolving the issue.

Due to a third-party outage, there is a Same Day Funding and Same Business Day funding delay for transactions processed on Monday and Tuesday, 26 & 27 January, 2026.
We are working closely with our external provider to resolve the issue and expect to desposit the impacted funds to the affected accounts by Wednesday, 28 January, 2026.
Funding for transactions processed on Friday to Sunday, 23 to 25 Jaunary, 2026, was not impacted and has been deposited into merchants' accounts.
