TMP will undergo a maintenance window from 2:30pm to 6:00pm AEST, during which the platform will be unavailable.
After the maintenance is complete, the changes outlined in the previous status will be reflected.

Multiple recent communications have outlined changes to TMP (https://merchant.tillpayments.com/login) and the funding name update. To provide clarity, all items are now consolidated into a single release, following adjustments required by a third-party deployment schedule.
All of the following will now go live on Saturday, 13 September 2025:
- TMP URL switch to https://merchant-anz.nuvei.com
- Funding remitter name update to “Nuvei MS”
- AMEX data visibility – AMEX data will no longer be supported and displayed on TMP for selected merchants with an AMEX ID. Impacted merchants have been communicated with affected MIDs via email. Full transaction data remains available via the Nuvei Merchant Portal (https://portal.tillpayments.com/signin). For access request, please submit a ticket at https://tinyurl.com/4bjfz3mk

The maintenance window has been rescheduled to Saturday, 6 September 2025. Kindly update your calendars and ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of the change.

From Saturday, 23 August 2025, the TMP URL (formerly known as the Till Merchant Portal) will be updated to https://merchant-anz.nuvei.com. We recommend that merchants and partners bookmark the new URL for continued access to the platform.
No major impact on the user experience is expected. However, users may notice updates to the dashboard designed to enhance usability.
The current URL (https://merchant.tillpayments.com/login) will automatically redirect to the new address for the next 90 days. After this period, the exisiting URL will no longer be accessible.
Note: Users accessing the Nuvei Merchant & Partner Portal via https://portal.tillpayments.com/signin will not be affected. The URL of this platform remains unchanged.
