Due to an urgent scheme update, we have been advised of an emergency maintenance on Tuesday, 20 May 2025 across all Nuvei E-commerce channels, including Hosted Payment Pages, Online Checkouts, and Payment Links.
Maintenance schedule:
Service degradation window: 2:00pm – 4:00pm (AEST)
Full outage period: 2:20pm – 2:40pm (AEST)
During the 20-minute outage starting at 2:20pm, all transaction processing and production services will be temporarily unavailable. API transactions attempted during this time will return a maintenance error message indicating that systems are offline.
We expect the channels to resume with limited performance following the outage, until full restoration at 4:00pm.
