Identified

An issue has been identified affecting integrated terminals using Terminal Connect, as well as the Nuvei Merchant & Partner Portal.

Terminals: Merchants processing transactions via integrated terminals with Terminal Connect may experience slow transaction timeouts, which could result in declined transactions.

Nuvei Merchant & Partner Portal: Merchants attempting to log in to the portal may encounter a timeout and be temporarily unable to access the portal.

Our team is working diligently to resolve the issue and will provide an update when the issue is resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
