Identified

An issue has been identified affecting terminals using Terminal Connect, including the PAX terminals and Verifone T650p terminals.

Merchants processing transactions via Terminal Connect may experience slow transaction timeouts, which could result in declined transactions.

Our team is working diligently to resolve the issue and will provide an update when the issue is resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
